Prohibited Jurisdictions & Eligibility

8.1 Overview

InfrPool is available globally, subject to the restrictions described in this document. Certain jurisdictions are excluded from using the Service, receiving payouts, or both, due to legal, regulatory, or operational constraints.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident of any prohibited jurisdiction listed below.

8.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions (Full Service)

The following jurisdictions are prohibited from accessing or using any part of the InfrPool Service (Consumer, Supplier, or any other role):

• Afghanistan
• Belarus
• Cuba
• Iran
• Iraq
• Myanmar
• North Korea
• Russia
• Syria
• Venezuela
• Yemen
• [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION] (additional jurisdictions as required by applicable sanctions or regulations)

This list is aligned with international sanctions programs (OFAC, EU sanctions) and is subject to change. Users are responsible for monitoring updates to this list.

8.3 Payout-Restricted Jurisdictions

Supplier payouts are processed through Tremendous. Payout availability is subject to Tremendous's own prohibited country restrictions, which may be broader than the list above. Tremendous may restrict payouts to additional jurisdictions based on its own compliance requirements.

At minimum, payouts are not available to recipients in:

• All jurisdictions listed in Section 8.2 above
• Ukraine (Tremendous restriction)
• [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION] (additional jurisdictions restricted by Tremendous)

Users in payout-restricted jurisdictions may still use the Service as Consumers but cannot receive Supplier payouts.

8.4 Japan — Out of Scope

The Service is not offered to residents of Japan. Although InfrPool is operated by a Japanese corporation (the registered office and governing law remain in Japan), use of the Platform — as a Consumer or as a Supplier — is not available to individuals or entities residing in Japan.

Notes:

• Accounts identified as belonging to residents of Japan may be removed without notice. Any wallet balance is forfeited or refunded at our sole discretion in accordance with the Refund Policy.
• The Service does not advertise to or solicit users in Japan and does not provide a Japanese-language UI.
• The corporate entity operating InfrPool remains a Japanese corporation; this section restricts only the geographic scope of users, not the operating entity.

8.5 Enforcement and Changes

InfrPool uses IP address hashing and other detection mechanisms to identify access from prohibited jurisdictions. Accounts detected as operating from prohibited jurisdictions may be suspended immediately.

Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is a violation of the Terms of Service and grounds for immediate account termination.

This list of prohibited jurisdictions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, sanctions programs, or operational requirements. Changes will be posted on the Platform and, for material changes, communicated via email.
