Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: 2026-04-20

4.1 Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules governing acceptable behavior on the InfrPool platform. All Users (Consumers and Suppliers) must comply with this AUP in addition to the Terms of Service.

InfrPool is a computing resource matchmaking platform. While we do not monitor or inspect the content of inference requests or responses, we reserve the right to enforce this policy when violations are brought to our attention or detected through automated systems.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the InfrPool platform for any of the following purposes:

Illegal Activities

  • Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Generating content that constitutes, facilitates, or promotes illegal activity.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.

Harm to Individuals

  • Generating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes or otherwise).
  • Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or threats of violence against individuals.
  • Defamation or intentional reputational harm.
  • Identity theft or impersonation with intent to deceive.

Platform Abuse

  • DDoS attacks or intentional overloading of Platform or Supplier infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or crawling the Platform beyond intended API usage.
  • Circumventing rate limits, authentication controls, or security mechanisms.
  • Multi-account abuse (creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules).
  • Token manipulation or billing fraud.

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Using the Platform to systematically reproduce copyrighted material.
  • Operating models that you do not have proper licensing rights to use commercially.
  • Trademark infringement or brand impersonation.

4.3 Content Neutrality Statement

InfrPool does not monitor, inspect, censor, filter, or moderate the content of prompts or responses. The Platform routes inference requests in memory only and does not persist prompt or response content.

This AUP is enforced reactively based on reports, legal requests, and automated fraud detection systems, not through proactive content monitoring.

4.4 Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to:

support.infrpool@dotgear.jp

Reports should include as much detail as possible, including timestamps, task IDs, model identifiers, and a description of the violation. We will investigate all reports in good faith.

4.5 Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at InfrPool's sole discretion:

  • Warning notification.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Forfeiture of wallet balance.
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities.
  • Legal action for damages.

4.6 Cooperation with Law Enforcement

InfrPool will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and respond to valid legal requests (subpoenas, court orders) in connection with violations of this AUP. We may disclose available account information and operational metadata (but not prompt/response content, which is not stored) in response to such requests.

4.7 Reference Image Specific Rules

The following additional rules apply to the use of reference images for image generation:

  • You must own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for uploaded images.
  • You must have explicit consent from any identifiable persons depicted.
  • Images of minors (persons under 18) may not be used as reference images for any purpose.
  • Reference images must not be used to create non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or content intended to deceive or harass.

Reference images are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload. Violation of reference image rules results in immediate and permanent account termination.

4.8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For questions, contact: support.infrpool@dotgear.jp
